We are excited about the broad and growing multi-disciplinary community that this conference represents. Progress in AI, including machine learning, robotics, and their applications, requires progress in understanding the AI ethics challenges related to AI and AI\u2019s impact on society, and in defining socio-technical approaches to address such challenges and make sure the impact is beneficial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is only with the help of our sponsors that we can make this conference inclusive by keeping registration fees low and awarding student scholarships, to lower the financial barriers to attendance. Therefore, we would like to thank you in advance for your attention and we hope you will consider sponsoring this event.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

AIES 2024 sponsorship comes in four levels: Platinum ($30K), Gold ($20K), Silver ($10K), and Bronze ($5K). Platinum and Gold sponsors will also receive a table to promote their organization, provide materials, and increase exposure to attendees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Opportunities may also exist to sponsor individual events, such as a reception, a student lunch, or a best paper award. Please contact the conference chairs to discuss the details of all the available options.<\/p>\n

All sponsors will be mentioned and acknowledged in a variety of locations including on the conference website, during the opening of the conference, and in the conference proceedings. Moreover, sponsors may bring or send materials such as flyers to be displayed; please coordinate with the conference chairs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is not required for sponsors to have representatives attend the conference, but it is highly encouraged.<\/p>\n

To join the conference, sponsor representatives should go through the standard conference registration procedure. We will also provide some complimentary registrations available to sponsors, with higher numbers of complimentary registrations for higher-level sponsorships.<\/p>\n
