AIES-26 is focused on the in-person conference experience, while offering an opportunity for virtual viewing for those who cannot participate in-person. We strongly encourage in-person attendance to provide the richest experience for all attendees. Please note that the virtual option is not for presenting authors and that at least one author for each accepted paper must register for the in-person rate and be available to present their work at the conference in-person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LETTERS OF INVITATION FOR AIES-26<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are traveling to Sweden from abroad to attend AIES-26, you must meet the conditions for entry into Sweden<\/a>. If you are from a visa-required country, you will need to apply for a Schengen visa<\/a>. We encourage you to apply early as the process could take up to 45 days or longer.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may be required to include an Invitation Letter as part of your Schengen visa application process. To request an invitation letter, you must have proof of paid registration to AIES-26. Once you receive your registration confirmation email, follow the link provided within to complete the visa invitation letter request form. Please allow 2 business days for the processing of your request. Your visa invitation letter will be sent to the email address provided in the request form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
