Please present yourself in the lobby of IE Tower with government-issued identification to receive your conference badge:

IE University kindly requests that guests wear their badges visibly throughout their visit to IE Tower and keep government-issued identification on their persons for verification.

Food and Refreshments
AIES-25 provides mid-morning and afternoon refreshment breaks as well as evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday. Attendees are on their own for daily lunch. There are many local dining options within walking distance or enjoy the daily menu at the IE Cafeteria on -3 floor. The Cafeteria remains open throughout the day for refreshments; snack and beverage vending machines are placed throughout IE Tower.

Poster Printing and Set-up
- Posters should be no larger than DIN A0 size; portrait or landscape orientation. The poster stands are 120 cm wide. Blutack or similar adhesive will be provided to hang posters.
- Presenters are responsible for printing and transporting their own posters. Posters may be transported from your home print shop, either as paper in poster tubes or printed on fabric and folded in one’s suitcase. Posters may also be printed locally. We have verified the following options.

Presenters in the Day 1 and 2 poster sessions are kindly asked to affix their posters at the beginning of their designated poster session (and not in advance).
Safety and Security
Guests are kindly requested to remain within AIES’s designated event spaces in IE Tower throughout the conference and to remember that classes and other events will be running alongside AIES.
